1. Deputy Director – Asheville Downtown Association
This is a leadership role supporting the overall execution of the Improvement District’s work. The Deputy Director will help manage daily operations, coordinate with partners, and ensure the successful delivery of services. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the needs of Downtown Asheville and wants to play a key part in keeping it clean, beautiful, and engaging.

2. Ambassador Supervisor – Nexstreet
This supervisory position will oversee the work of our on-the-ground ambassadors, ensuring clean and safe public spaces across downtown. Ideal candidates will have experience in team leadership and a strong sense of pride in community appearance.

Our ambassadors are the heart of the Downtown Improvement District. This role is all about making downtown shine—whether it’s cleaning sidewalks, beautifying public spaces, or providing a friendly presence to visitors and locals alike.
